Terms of use

These terms govern your use of applatform.ai(the “Site”) operated by applatform.ai (“we”). They apply to the marketing site only — use of our product is governed by a separate Master Subscription Agreement.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site for reading, evaluating our product, and contacting us. All Site content (copy, layout, code, design, wordmarks, logos) remains our property.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source for the Site beyond what is openly visible.
• Scrape the Site at a rate that interferes with normal operation.
• Use the Site to transmit malware, phishing content, spam, or unlawful material.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other security controls.
• Use our trademarks or logos without prior written permission.

4. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party services (Calendly, GitHub, social networks, etc.). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

5. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and“as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will applatform.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Site is capped at one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold applatform.ai harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will survive.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on this page; the “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
